May 15th Dough & Drafts: Sourdough Made Simple (beginner friendly)

CA$125.00

This is not your average night at the brewery.

Dough & Drafts is where hands-on sourdough meets a laid-back, social night out — the kind where you get to try something new, laugh a little, and leave with more than you came for.

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to mix and prepare your own sourdough from scratch (without it feeling complicated or overwhelming), while enjoying the atmosphere of one of your favourite local spots.

We’ll break the process down step-by-step so it actually makes sense, whether you’re brand new or have tried before and felt frustrated.

And because we’re at a brewery… expect a few fun touches along the way — including baked goods infused with their craft drafts for you to enjoy. You’ll head home with your dough ready to bake, the tools and knowledge to keep going, and the feeling of “okay… I can actually do this.”

Come solo or bring a friend — either way, it’s going to be a good time.
